Step
1: LOGIN:
Select your team and sex and then Login using your password .
Security:
Update the password if needed.
Email:
please add your current contact email so that I may email you if needed.
New Teams
not in the list: Email me with the password you would like and I will add your
school to the list.
Step
2: ADD ATHLETES: – Fill in Last, First and Grade for each
Athlete. There is already an Athlete named “Relay Team, A” used to make Relay
Entries. (B ,C, D are to be used only when a Team is allowed to have more than
1 relay team for that meet, which is not common)
Step
3: MEET ENTRIES:
- Select “Add Entry” and then Select the Meet from the list.
(Meet Directors can determine the schools
that have entry access to their meet).
Athletes: Select the Athlete and then the
event. Enter a performance (do not type seconds into the minutes box). Convert
all hand times to FAT by adding .24 seconds. Ex.) 5.7 hand is 5.94 fat.
Note:
All hand times need to round up to the nearest tenth, so 10.61 hand is really
10.7 hand.
New Feature: Performance “Auto Fill” of Best YenTiming Performance. Update this if it is not the
season best.
Relays: Select “Relay Team, A” from the
list and then enter a time.
Relay
Athletes: You will
be able to Add up to six athletes to a relay.
Click “Add
Entry” to add the entry to the meet database. You will get a confirmation
message.
(For State Q Entries: There will be
a “Class Champ” box. )
CHANGING
AN ENTRY: An
“EDIT” option is available to change the entry as well as a “DELETE” option to
remove the entry.
PRINTING
ENTRIES –
There is a “PRINT ENTRIES” option available.
DUE
DATE: After the Due Date and Time, you will not be
able to make changes to your entries.
This
service is being provided by YenTiming for Sectional/State Qualifier meets as
well as many invitational and league championship meets in cooperation with
Sectional and League coordinators as well as meet directors. The goal is to provide
timely and accurate meet entries without having to fill out cards/sheets that
would then have to be sorted and then entered into a meet by hand. Please take
care to double check your entries and print them out.
NOTE: for Sectional / State Qual. Meets:
Coaches still need to turn in the required eligibility form filled out for
their team with the necessary signatures.
